• The water shares that come with the property are for the Center Creek Irrigation Company. Culinary services are available by exchanging a fraction of a share of Center Creek Irrigation Company for Center Creek Culinary.

Can the property be sub-divided?

• YES! Check with the town of Independence on their current requirements but, at a minimum, it would be relatively easy to divide the property into two 6-acres lots.
